Discovery Profile

 Instructions

Before you begin the Discovery Profile, make sure you have filled out the "Are you interested in ministry form" so that we have made confirmed initial contact with each other!

Navigate to Discovery Profile from THIS page.

The form has about 55 questions, so begin when you are ready. You will NOT be able to stop and save your information so that you can come back to it later. (Sorry, but our website doesn't support anything that technical yet!) Upon completing the form, you will be prompted to make a one-time 'love gift' of $40.00 for the Discovery Profile through our secure PayPal account. Your 'love gift' offsets the cost of the Discovery Profile Inventory and the prescriptive analysis that helps us help you. Once you have completed the form and your payment has been processed, we will set up an initial appointment with you.
