The delivery of the word today seems to be twisted in the sense of pastors. You have people saying that Jesus is not the only way, or pastors that manipulate their members to give money, or churches that emphasize worship of the pastor as God rather than exploring a relationship with God. I guess if your only lens that you see God is through the church attendance on Sunday, then there may be prefabrications concerning God. I have been slow to absorb all the doctrines thought by the church because I grew up in home church where we looked at the word ourselves closely and we had to respond to truth ourselves. Still, I believe that I have fallen prey to being a nominal believer at times. As far as homes being secure, I do believe that with the impending government control, we will loose less control, so we kinda have to get use to it and put our trust in God instead of our institutions. Many countries such as China are well prepared for the end-times already because they are under scrutiny all the time. As far as the end times, I am looking forward to the God that is coming back for his bride. I may not know how to prepare, but I know he is coming back. The bible encourages us not to fear. It seems to be a matter of saying no to the evil one, which is not always easy when sin is enticing. I don’t know if I can say that I am preparing in any way in order to protect my family from what is to come. Is there a way to even prepare for the inevitable?

The only real way to prepare for the the assault of evil upon the world is to secure our position in Christ Jesus. The first question that I believe we must ask is,"Do I have a real relationship with Jesus Christ that is reflected throughout my daily walk or do I have only religion? Jesus warns us that many will come to him saying..."Did not I not cast out demons in your name and do many great works in your name? His reply was astounding and sobering to say the least..."Depart from me you workers of iniquity, I never knew you!" Should we not first make sure we are even qualified through our John 3 salvation experience to enter the Ark of Salvation before we attempt to prepare for the end-times struggles? The security that must come is spiritual in nature just as it was in the Exodus with a release of the resurrection power of our relationship in Christ Jesus, rather than a religious and sterile deception."
